| "IRELAND IN TENNESSEE" We are happy to announce the 2nd "Ireland In Tennessee" seminar. Dr. Janet Harbison, founder of the Belfast Harp Orchestra, Irish Harp Orchestra, and the Irish Harp College, will be at our center April 14-19, 2008 to conduct "Playing In A Harp Orchestra". Dr. Harbison along with 3 of her top apprentices and Uilleann pipe/flute player will have master classes Monday through Wednesday for people of all ages and stages on Irish harp and flute. 3 concerts are scheduled. Thursday will be held at First Baptist Church in Camden, TN. Friday's concert will be in Jackson, TN at First Baptist Church. Saturday's concert will be held in Memphis, TN at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. All participants in the workshops are encouraged to play along with the Irish in the concerts. Special master classes will be offered for harp teachers. These classes will focus on Dr. Harbison's unique approach to learning using the aural method.
